THat fountain is in Forsyth Park in Savannah, Georgia where I grew up. We spent a lot of time at that park. Savannah was one of the original 13 colonies. During the Civil War when Sherman did his march from Atlanta to Savannah--when he got there he couldn't burn the city as he did in Atlanta. They have have a really beautiful area of historic homes.
